A typical project begins by discussing the brief either face-to-face, over phone, email or Zoom. We would then agree on deadlines and budget, any source content, and if appropriate, set milestones for delivery.

I'm both conceptual and strategic. My training at the School of Communication Arts, and extensive writing background, means that I’m not simply a writer who fills in the blanks. An equal collaborator, I grasp the essence of your communications challenge quickly.
